Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the
circuit court of Wayne County at its next Term, for judgment against the above
described lands for taxes, interest and costs thereon, for the year therein set
forth, and for an order to sell the said lands, for the satisfaction thereof on
the second Monday next succeeding the said Term of said circuit court all the
lands against which judgment shall be pronounced, and for the sale of which,
such order shall be made, will be exposed to public sale at the court house in
Fairfield for the taxes, interest and cost thereof.

They were found in Case 1 Box 8. All of the old boxes up to #12 are now
laminated and put away so it is going to be impossible to get to them after they
are stored in the basement.
